Harold was incredibly persistent and creative dealing with what turned from a straightforward cartridge replacement in a two-handle tub faucet into a crazy retrofit. He came twice in the same day and left with the problem fixed and water back on in the house. Not sure what we would have done without him! Will use again.

I had a leaking valve on my kitchen sink. I called so many plumbers, and Harold was the only one to pick up. He was professional, courteous, and communicative. He told me he’d be at my home at 5pm and he showed up at 4:45pm ready to work. He replaced my valves and installed a new faucet. I’m a happy customer!

Lost hot water at my condo – the water heater had failed completely. Nobody had time for me but then I got in touch with Harold – he was out there, replaced my water heater, disposed of the old one, and even gave me tips to maintain the new one before the end of the day. Absolutely amazing person, very professional, very good work. He earned a customer for life, I won’t be calling anyone else again. You earned it man – keep up the amazing work.

We had a main sewer line backup on a weekend and Harold was the only one able to resolve it for us on short notice. It ended up being a complete sewer line replacement and after getting several quotes, Harold was able to give us the best option. His team was prompt, worked efficiently, resolved problems that came up quickly, and they did a great job. We are very grateful for their hard work and would definitely work with them again and recommend to others!

I can’t say enough good things about Harold and his crew! I had a sewer line back up. Quite a mess. The response time was nothing short of amazing! By the time he finished, my basement was even cleaner than when I had the problem with my pipe. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumbing service. Big or small job.

Harold is absolutely awesome! I had to install a new washer/dryer laundry center, but my hot/cold water connections were old and one was broken. I live in a condo so it was even more difficult because we had to shut off the main line for a few minutes. Harold was super patient and we figured it out! He installed a new water connection and even helped me connect my new washer/dryer laundry center. He was responsive, on time, and professional. He’s the plumber to contact!
