I started as an office administrator in 2005. While consistently doing payroll for several months, I began to take notice of what plumbers were earning—and I liked what I saw. Plumbing had always stood out to me as the trade I was most interested in back in college, even while earning my business degree.

In my spare time, I pursued certifications in electrical wiring, heating and air conditioning, and plumbing as a backup plan. Since then, I can honestly say it’s been fulfilling and an honor to serve people through plumbing. I still feel proud and content when someone genuinely thanks me and is happy with my work—it truly makes my day, even now.
